Still looking for the best vacuum cleaner for pet hair ? Well, you can stop looking, because I've already found one, and it's called Dyson C25 Animal. After many hours of research, here's my unbiased review of this amazing cleaner. I hope you like it, and I hope I'll make your buying decision easier.
First of all, what are the BAD things about this Vacuum Cleaner ?
Ok, lets get rid of this first; the ONLY 3 bad things that I was able to notice about this vacuum for pet hair are:
1. That it has a fairly small dust bin. You'll have to empty it 3-4 times if you're planning to clean a dirty 3 bedrooms apartment .
2. The second thing that's kinda annoying is that the wand is a bit awkward to detach.
3. The third thing is that the power cord is a bit short. You'll need 2-3 power outlets on each floor.That's about it however.
If you can get past those 3 things, you'll love this very best vacuum for pet hair, period!
What makes this Vacuum cleaner ideal for pet hair ?
Well, first of all, it's ball technology. Ball technology enables you to twist around the corners and furniture, and we all know how our pets can sneak into places we never though existed in our home. Dyson C25 Animal enables you to manouver front-back/left-right with ease, and will also enable you to remove the pet hair which accumulated on places which would otherwise be very hard to reach using standard vacuum cleaners.
Its design fits perfectly for removing pet hair.The thing that makes this vacuum great is that it's really built for pet hair in mind. This doesn't mean that it won't fit other purposes, it just means that the technology (such as motorized brushbar, which removes pet hair from carpets, mini turbine head, which cleans confined places like car) really focuses on cleaning pet hair.
The other cool thing about Dyson C25 Animal is that it comes with a built in quick-draw telescope reach wand to give you a 16 feet reach for drapes, stairs and upholstery.
No loss of suction, or clogging. Dyson vacuum cleaners are known for extra strong suction. This pet hair cleaner is no exception to the rule. It really DOES SUCK (in a positive way). Root Cyclone Technology uses centrifugal force to separate dirt from air, and this alone assures effective cleaning also.
Astma Friendly, clean expelled air.This is one of the best features of Dyson C25 Animal Pet Hair Vacuum. Astma and Allergy Foundation of America certified it as astma friendly, which is great. Not only that, you get a lifetime washable HEPA filter which makes the air expelled 150 times cleaner than the air you breathe. It's simply amazing.
Conclusion –There really is no competition
I know, I might sound like a sales person, but trust me, when it comes to product reviews, I'm very strict. The thing with this vacuum cleaner is that it really is the best of it's class. Designed specifically for pet hair removal, with many other strong points (just look at the Amazon Reviews, they are raving about this product), Dyson C25 Animal is simply the best vacuum for pet hair on the market today. There's more to it however.
The SIZE of Dyson C25 Animal might make you think twice before buying it. I won't lie to you, it's quite a big vacuum cleaner. It's not heavy though, and that's a good thing. If you have no problems with size, Dyson C25 Animal is a perfect choice for you. However, if you are more into handheld vacuum cleaners there is also a great (and I mean GREAT!) alternative in Dyson DC31 Handheld Animal Pet Hair Vacuum Cleaner.

I keep my PS3 in a open cabinet under my TV. I'm not sure if I can use a paper towel or just a vacuum.
Use a cotton cloth and compressed canned air. Do NOT use a paper towel, it will scratch the surface (same with glasses.) The best cloth available is called a microfiber.
