Mesh belt dryer section of a machine for manufacturing a material sheet. The dryer section may include at least one dryer cylinder, a plurality of sheet guide rolls, a transport belt for guiding the material sheet in a meandering manner around the at least one dryer cylinder and the plurality of sheet guide rolls, and threads surrounding at least one of the at least one dryer cylinder and the plurality of sheet guide rolls. The threads may be positioned between the material sheet and a surface of the at least one of the at least one dryer cylinder and the plurality of sheet guide rolls.
Mesh belt dryer sections are generally known in the art. The material sheet is guided together with a transport belt over a number of dryer cylinders. During the removal of the material sheet from one cylinder to another, a tensile stress is necessary which, however, stretches the sheet and has a negative effect on paper quality. In addition, the danger of a sheet tearing in the subsequent areas of the dryer section, for example during smoothing and winding, is increased due to the tensile stress.
The mesh belt dryer section of the present invention may include a dryer cylinder and/or sheet guide rolls over which the material sheet is guided, surrounded by threads, in particular of a screen constructed of threads, positioned between the material sheet and the surface of the dryer cylinder or the sheet guide rolls. The threads or screen facilitate the sheet removal from the dryer cylinders or sheet guide rolls in such a way that the tensile stresses on the material sheet can be significantly reduced and the afore-mentioned disadvantages can be essentially avoided.

What could I put in the dryer to make my clothes smell better other then dryer sheets?
I have well water and that is what I have to use to wash my clothing after I did a load they had a sour smell to it. this is because of my well water this happens sometimes. I want to know what can I put in the dryer other than dryer sheets to negate the smell or get rid of it more. I would like something kinda of natural if possible and that won't stain clothing. Thanks for any ideas nothing rude or vulgar please.:)
If it in't bacteria that makes your wash smell, it is probably minerals, and most likely sulfur (from hydrogen sulfide) which might be in your well water. What does it smell like? Is it sour or does it smell like old shoes or rotten eggs? You aren't drinking it, are you? Call your county health department and have someone from the environmental services department come out and run some tests. Anyway, here are some things you might try.
After the wash cycle ends, run the rinse cycle with plain, cold water. Then, set your machine for a second cold rinse. Put your softener in this rinse. The second rinse will remove even more soap and left-over dirt and your softener will be deposited on cleaner fabrics.
Second, try adding a cup of plain white vinegar to your first rinse water. It is a super deoderizer and helps pull soap residue out of your clothes. Check for color fastness. I have also used baking soda, especially after ithas been in the refrigerator.
Third, skip the chemicals altogether. I promise there is no synthetic scent on the market at any price that will ever beat the dreamy natural scent of clean clothes just-now washed, and left to dry in the sun and fresh air. Yes, it's a bit more effort, especially since you are more likely to iron, but who irons sheets and towels these days? Your towels will be more absorbant and they will last much longer as the threads won't be pulled loose. The sun will be especially generous with your white things, like diapers and underwear and socks, as they will be even whiter, which is why I generally don't hang dark or brightly colored things. Nightclothes dried in the sun are nearly as therapeutic as Ambien! And it is the only way to do bath rugs and anything with plastic or rubber. It will save anything delicate or lacey like lingerie, which I NEVER put in a dryer. It wont tangle straps and ties and will keep the velcro on things from destroying everything else. Things won't stretch and distort if hung properly. Some things you would have to iron no matter how they are dried are even more easily ironed if you take them down just a teensy bit before they are fully dry.
I find the whole hanging-the-wash experience to be very calming, almost like therapy, as it takes me outdoors for a while and away from the fuss and frenzy inside the house. And you can take down the clothes at your leisure, as they won't overdry and get damaged as they can in a dryer. Your fabrics will stay nice longer, as the sun is more gentle than a dryer, and you will spend less on electricity or gas and dryer sheets. You will get a second chance at suprise stains that will become permanent once they have been through the dryer. You can even count the experience as physical fitness! And it will keep us less dependant on foreign oil and will remind you of simpler times. I am getting all weepy and sentimental at the thought of all the good things sun-dried clothes will bring to life. Maybe even good health, reduced poverty and world peace! Maybe I exagerrate a bit. Alas, I hear the call of the clothes line!!!
