Red stains on son's shirt- any good ideas for stain removal?

I've washed it 3 times only in cold water. I have tried putting oxy clean on it, charlie's soap, and shout. It has definitely faded, but still there. It must be tomato or something. It was really red to begin with. What other things can I try? Or should I just give up? It was an expensive shirt so, I am trying everything.

What I have found with Oxyclean is that you have to use the powder and let it soak in the washer for 4 or 5 hours before running it through a cycle. Also, wash it with other items... friction/ agitation is the key for removing tough stains.
